Cloying Spaghetti

So, Friday i tried making Spaghetti in tomato sauce with ham and sausages. In my head, it sounded good, i also thought it would've been an easy dish to do. Well, not the case. My noodles came out soggy, the sauce was too acidic and as my mommy rightfully said, it "was too cloying". HOWEVER, the ham and sausages were tasty and my plating looked like i knew what i was doing too.


So, i guess i didn't do so bad after all. Attempt #1 get's a 3/10. I'll be back next week, to update you guys on attempt #2.
